Interdisciplinary Core for Study of High Consequence Pathogens
Carry out deep data analysis of critical samples within the facility—
immunological characterization, live cell sorting and imaging, genomic analysis at the cellular level and metabolomics analysis of host pathogen interactions. Fluorescent microscopy to determine commonalities in tens of thousands of samples.
