Training

The TAMGHRC will offer an unparalleled opportunity to extend and expand the educational programs at the undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate levels.

The TAMGHRC operates dedicated training facilities that include a mock-up BSL-3Ag large animal holding room with variable penning and gating configurations, a mock-up BSL-3 laboratory and a training classroom suitable for training prospective users in all aspects of the facility. The TAMGHRC team will train students, faculty, veterinarians and other professionals to work safely and proficiently in TAMGHRC’s mock training areas. These are located outside the secure biocontainment section, ensuring exceptional training prior to access to the high containment BSL-3 and BSL-3Ag laboratory and large animal holding research environments.
